Empowering Women through agency building

CEWODE believes in recognizing agency of women and supporting them to develop and
make them realize their own power within and their own agency. Hence, supporting women
and their institutions to realize their own power within to bring a transformation for gender
equality and women’s rights lies at the core of CEWODE’s approaches and programs.
CEWODE is working to build Women’s individual and collective agencies, supporting and
increasing them in leadership, implementing collective actions and their institutions from
grassroots to national levels to create a just society.
